Workplace Mediation

Respect at Work conducts workplace mediations because sometimes the path through conflict is easier to follow with a confidential and impartial mediator to guide the process.

Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process in which the participants, with the support of the mediator, identify issues, develop options, consider alternatives and make decisions about future actions and outcomes.

Respect at Work follows the Resolution Institute model of mediation. Roz is NMAS (Australian National Mediation Accreditation System) trained and works as an independent mediator to guide participants through their conflict impartially and without judgement.

“In a conflict, being willing to change allows you to move from a point of view to a viewing point — a higher more expansive place, from which you can see both sides”
